Dinner on Saturday was a BLAST! Believe me!

Bruno, Camilla, Åsa, Febbe, Matt, Anette & Jessica.

I laughed so much and so hard, my abs were sore the next day!

We´ve known each other for years, but it´s not until the last year or so that we´ve been able to spend more time together. I love this girl. She has so many wonderful qualities, I could go on for days. A true friend and gorgeous personality sums it up.

NIKE BLAST Oslo Day 1

The NIKE Oslo event has over the years felt a bit like the younger baby sister to NIKE Stockholm. Not so anymore.

The change was electric.

I think it was a good thing to keep the train on track from last weekend.

Like bands on tour, the WHOLE stage, plus lightning, sound system, even staff and dancers (not to forget the presenters) were packaged and flown (well, some....none named none forgotten... ;)) over to Norway.

I taught my kettlebell class at noon. It´s lucky I´m "flexible" (and I´m not talking bendy here), because 5min before the class, I didn´t know how many KBs there were, or which weight, how many people would turn up to class and how many of them would have done KB training before???...

...well, thankfully the class turned out great!

80 people who went on swinging, lifting, squatting, cleaning, like they´d never done anything else in their lives! :)

Thanks to Pontus (Sportlife Gbg), Åsa (blog reader from Sthlm!) and of course JO, who graced the class with their energetic presence!

Rum 1: rum in mot ljusgården utan möjlighet att öppna fönstren med tokdålig luft runt 30 grader. Nej tack. Efter många om och men i receptionen (..vi har verkligen FULLT den här helgen...) flyttar jag till:

Rum nr 2: Allt ljud från gatan hörs. Stor reva i örngottet (slänger man inte det då???) + Hårtorken fungerar ej. Ber om ny hårtork i receptionen. Ringer 1h senare och frågar vart den nya hårtorken tog vägen? Svar: "på väg"
Ringer efter ytterligare 45min och förklarar att jag kan inte duscha förrän jag vet att jag kan torka håret. Svar: "Vilket rum bor du på? Vi skickar upp en"
Ringer efter YTTERLIGARE 30min. Svar: "Vi har inga hårtorkar kvar - alla är utlånade, men du kan ringa tillbaks imorgon efter 12.00." ???
Jag blir arg=nytt rum trollas fram i den renoverade delen av hotellet.
Rum nr 3: nu kör vi!

Feels like yesterday the BLAST took of in Sthlm!

In a couple of hours I'm of to Oslo - on a train with Hot tamale Åsa and Fierce MO!
I do have a feeling, en aning - that the 3 of us might, just might.... sleep through the whole trip and straight into the Saturday morning...

Where did this week go?!

Now PT clients then straight for the train - before that some packing... ouch!

How to survive the after-BLAST

After 2 days filled with sweat, adrenaline and LOVE from delegates, team colleagues, friends and aquaintances, it is always a challenge to survive the Monday after.

I was incredibly pleased with the weekend.

Having 3 sessions is fun and great, but also a big energy spender, as both JO and I can vouch for.

The "Power, Grace & Glory"-ride turned out really well. Despite some technical problems before the class and my pedal falling off during the warm up (yes, it´s true), the rest of the ride was smooth, but also very strong. Yum!

The MOJO Yoga session, which was placed last on the schedule on Saturday, still drew almost a full room. Lovely!

Sunday held the session which I had prepared for the most - ("Starting your own business within the health and fitness field") - in running clothes, on the yoga mat, driving my car, etc, etc, I had gone over the content of my lecture over and over again.

I felt inspired and positively nervous before, which is always a good sign.

Also here there were technology issues before we could start, but luckily it never really threw me, since the PPT-presentation was extremely simple and not that important.

Thanks to Jessica, who except from being a fab friend also turned out to be an excellent tech support! :)

For a kick ass BLAST, I especially want to thank:

* All my fantastic participants!!! Wow, I´m humbled every time.

Landed 3am in my bed Thursday night - woke up 6am ready for the NIKE weekend to HIT!

How can I sum it up into words?!
Not sure if I can but I do have the THEME word for the Weekend - HAPPINESS!

I Make Myself HAPPY seemed to be on every bodies lips - and I just LOVE it!

So many people, crowded classes, HARD kick ass classes - and still people were smiling, helping each other out instead of bitching or complaining!

I am truly IMPRESSED! You all inspire me!

FRIDAY
An evening of Smooth MOJO FLOW at METROPOLIS! I like that studio so so much! If I lived in Sthlm that's where I'd be training. Great functional gym and sweet studio overlooking the city!

SATURDAY
Cowabunga!
Started with the MULTINTENSO class - supporting David on stage, wow I love YOGA, and I love it the MultiIntenso way!

Got my LUNGS all warmed up after that in D'Silvas Garuda class before I had to run and change for my own - YOGA TRANCE DANCE!

I admit that I kept thinking - Why the f... did I agree on doing this class on the BIG stage. It's quiet a different class and I wasn't sure that the participants would be up for it...

NEVER underestimate your fellow human beings! People opened their hearts, bodies and minds! I am forever grateful, thank you!

After the Yoga Trance Dance I was first filled with energy and kept going with Cecilas Organic Bodywork class. She left us in a sweet sweet relaxation - something I really needed and never really snapt out of for the rest of that evening!

The combo of the anxiety over my own class, would it work?! Are people willing?! Am I a crazy person?! and the lack of sleep rushed over my like a 4 year old... Me and A took a cab back to the hotel where I ate a whole chicken and then feel asleep.

SUNDAY
Woke up feeling excited and nervous (again hahaha that's new for me :) preparing for my NIKE FREE! Nrevous becuase I knew it would kick my ASS...

And it did!
It turns out it kicked my ASS wearing TROSOR (I thought they were tiny shorts?!)

MAN - people have got a lot of energy in them! The NIKE FREE class was a POWERsession and today I feel it more than ever :)
Knowing if I rest I will feel it more I went straight to Davids Yoga class where I could rest my ass and hold my arms up in the air for 11min instead :) Hahaha the yin and yang of life!

Some shaking with MO to PETTER on the big stage before it was time to hit the stage one last time - BALLISTIC Style! A feminine, fun, organic BALL class to wrap up the weekend!
5min to get my stuff, run to the bus and cathc the train - Jihaaa Ballistic it is ;)

Train home after some sweet thai food and LOVE next to me :)

I had a session with my PT - can you believe it?! I hardly could!!! But it went better than I thought!
After that i landed in my sofa and stayed there :)

Today is back in business with my clients!
Well not totally back into the routines - I think someone is planning to surprise me tonight... hihihihhihihih

The Evening before The Blast

The evening before.

Just landed back in my hotel room after a rockin´MOJO Yoga® pre-blast together with darling JO and about 20 wonderful yogis.

Just spoke to my little family on Skype. Miss them much, but I know that from tomorrow morning until Sunday evening the weekend will pass in 250km/h.

All is ready, all is prepared.

I just want to listen to my spinning music one more time and spend another 1-2 hrs on mentally preparing my lecture, then I will feel completely at ease.

I look forward to the weekend, as crazy and as busy as it is.

Will I see you in the crowd?

Finally in place.

Didn´t think so at 15.46 when Robin decided to cry so much, he threw up his dinner all over himself/the floor and my newly washed T-shirt. He was a tad upset that I was leaving again.

It´s certainly getting harder and harder to go away. It was impossible for me to imagine what it would be like, until now...

Anyway, I call a cab - my train is leaving for Stockholm at 16.12. By the time I´ve changed into clean clothes, washed Robin up and changed his outfit, it´s 15.55.

I´m out the door with the phone clinging to my ear. By the time I reach the operator of taxi company number three and he also tells me: "Sorry, no taxis at this moment", I´m ready to kill someone. WHAT?! I live in the center of Sweden´s second largest city for Christ´s sakes!

And I live in the smack bang middle of the city because I want to be able to call a cab any time of day, drink my coffee in a proper coffee bar and not having to cut the bloody grass!

At 16.05, I´m behind the wheel in my car.

No, I didn´t keep to the speed limit and I almost handbrake-skid into the parking space at the train station.

16.10. No valid parking ticket. I get my VISA-card out. At 16.12 I´m by the right train track. Turns out the train is 6 minutes delayed due to late arrival. Good old SJ!

I think my heart slowed down around Skövde.

Eventually I´m here. So is my music, my spinning shoes, my lecture and my friends.

I´m ok, now Hit me with THE BLAST!

Weekend in January

January has officially started!

Worked with Sierra, Maria, Jessica & Jaime for 2 days, perfecting their kettlebell skills at MyrbergBjörn. Heaps of sweat, swings and smiles! I love weekends like this, when you get to work with what you love, have great friends around AND sleep in your own bed! :)

After the course finished on Sunday, P and I made a quick visit to do half an hour in the gym (yes, training.) and sneak in for a picture
during "The Shack".

Magnus & Jessica will ROCK the HOUSE next weekend at NIKE Stockholm!

How well would you say the Incycle team knows me, when they got me THIS as a birthday present?! An absolutely wickedly, amazing bracelet from Fairytale, which I have been drooling over since I first saw it! It´s so me, it´s scary.

What a B-day

Spent in London :)

Breakfast English style, then heading down to Soho! Where we meet my childhood friend Eve just like that on the street! She lives in the USA .... How amazing is that?!?!
Managed to sit down at a coffeshop who served wheat and gluten free banana cake, heaven YES!!!!

Shopping and laughing we then went to the convention arranged by James D'Silva! The first class sucked but Maria and I had a laugh and a hughe ego boost hahaha
The second class was with the trainer of Etan Hawke amongst other, and DAMN did that kick our asses, oh YES indeed!
Finished of with a hot yoga class!

Before dinner and drinks we just had to take a powernap at our qute hotel!
Then the night was spent at CUBA, or at least so it felt!
Cottons rocked :)

Now of to Jivamukti yoga with cat as a warmup for Forrest!

This will be THE yoga event to attend in June at Svenska Mässan here in Gothenburg - for ALL of you who love to get your high on your ecological yoga mat, whether in Sukasana (easy pose) or Vrkasana (handstand).

I know I’m a yogi when I look at this and think ‘wow, I bet she does a lot of spinal twists’!!!

The day has been spent shooting pics for THE YOGA GAMES - jihoo I am so excited over this event! So many GREAT teachers coming to Gothenburg JUNE 3-5!!!

And you know what - I'm the girl how just can't get motivated by achieving things like handstand, being able to do bendalloverasanas, lifting heavy things, running a distance in a certain time. Am I not competitive - HELL Yeah I am. But I just don't find it motivating to train for things like that! I do yoga and sports because it makes me feel SO GOOD! That is enough for me :)

AND - this is what I am coming to hihi - Today I managed to do several poses that I for sure couldn't do last year - I haven't practised particularly for them, they just happened today :)

Must mean that my training is spot on!

Girls night out

We see each other too rarely, but when we do - sparks fly!

Anything goes: family, travels, fashion, work, relationships, work, children, a tiny bit of training (I´m the only one who´s a fitness nut in this company), social media, more work... I think you get the point.

Only one of us is employed, and her position is so special that she hardly knows her own title.

It could be: "SupadupamegamanagerbossresponsibleforestablishingthebusinessinHKandmainlandChina", but I´m sure that would not make her justice.

For the rest of us it´s the love and juice and challenge and freedom and creative madness that is self-employment, that´s the name of the game. Hence the work talk. And we´re not even close to being in the same line of work, which makes it even more interesting.

What is VERY predictable is where we go for food.

The Asian Invasion crew ALWAYS head down to the same Chinese restaurant.

Well, to be fair, we tried to go somewhere else tonight, but it turned out they´re closed Sundays. Their loss.

Sweet morning Mojos!

I'm into the 6am wake up time now - actually feels ok :) Even on a Sunday!
Last day of my GLOBAL YOGA TT part 3 and I am so grateful at the same time as it is SUCH hard work...
Sometimes I'm thinking: WHY Am I doing this?! I am exhausted after each day. But then my soul answerers me: You know why!

And I do!

Yesterday this was one of the Peak poses :) YogiDandasana! Whoppa or what do you say ;)

After the grande FINALE today I can't wait to come home and relax with the love of my life! Oh I've missed him like this rabbit/dog?/Mouse? would miss it's cookies!!!

And then what?!

Oh. It´s like 2011 made a false start out of the starting blocks and I sort of got left behind, waiting for the judge/referee (or whatever you call them - the ones that stand by the sideline and whistle madly when someone runs off too early) to call everyone back and re-start all over again.

Do you know what I mean?

Anyway, MyrbergBjörn has opened with a bang and I´m A) slowly getting used to being a studio owner and B) even slower at getting used to teaching a heap load of classes again.

I have two more to go tonight, 1 spinning class at Gymnasium/Elixia Sisjön and 1 Kettlebell YIN at MyrbergBjörn.

Wednesdays will be a bit mad this spring.

4 classes AND training with my PT.

But still, I did a PR in deadlifts today! 95kg. 95kg! That IS mad! 1.6 times my own body weight.

Let´s hit 2.0 before the summer.

I must admit I felt a bit in awe and I was questioning if I was ready earlier today, but because I have such amazing people around me, the only thing I feel right now is inspiration and dedication.

Going to the Elixia kick-off, I wore my favorite to-the-knee-kick-ass-black-leather-boots:

Maybe NOT the most practical footwear at this very moment, but hey, how often do I get to wear high heels nowadays?

I LOVE P for telling me (NB: not asking) to wear flats to the bar and bring my heels in a bag.

I just don't do that kind of stuff!

In the end, I had to jokingly burst out: "Hey, are you my husband or my mum?"
Wouldn't it just have be ironic if I had fallen and broken something???

Lucky for me, I managed to both stay on my feet and look glam! Phew.

What GREAT energy in Denmark!

I started out teaching in Swedish but it turned out that i talked to fast and unclear so after a while I had to switch to English. Isn't that funny, I mean when I'm in Norway I never understand what they say but they seem to understand me so I thought it was the same here....

I love teaching workshops like this - I get to learn so much from my participants!

And the energy was SYKED!!!! A lot thanks to the MASSIVE music, remixed by GURRE my yogi DJ love!

We finished in time but somehow I ended up rushing to catch my train back home.
Getting into the taxi, I llike in a movie shouts drive FAST to the train station. The to CALM driver asks where I am going, (Me thinking: What stupid question is that... just drive!!!!!) Ohh.. Gothenburg.
He says: It's better to go to the airport.
Me: What?! NO!!!!!!!!
He: Yes - it is better!
Me: (argghhhh stupid.....€"%#%&%") I have a train ticket not a flight ticket -stupid!!!
He: It's faster
Me: I don't care - I have to take the train
He: But it is faster to take the train from the airport - that station is closer + the train arrives there later!
Me: Oh - well just drive...

Hahahaahaha

So I chilled at the airport before taking the train back to GBG :)

What if we slowed down and tried to see the other people and THEIR perspective a little more often....

NIKE for Runners for SATS

Sweet morning MOJOs!

After only 3,5 hours sleep I'm up again!

Time to meet my great clients in the yoga studio and after that I'm of to Copenhagen to educate the SATS Crew in the new NIKE class :)

Very excited about it now!
Last time I went for a run (outdoors) was in late October - 17km in very very high mountains.... and heat.... phew!
It's so nice to have been away from something (that you maybe had to much of in the end) and then long for it again :)
Very much my style!

So are you gonna try this class?!

I'll tell you more about it after the training (when I know if they will ROCK it or not ;)

It´s almost a year ago I had my two tattoos done. Time certainly moves on. I was more than convinced that those two would be my last ones, but 365 days later, I´m not so sure anymore. Maybe it IS an addiction?

Anyway, today was spent making room. Literally.

I sold more stuff on Blocket, rearranged Robin´s wardrobe, his nappy changing corner, and started to plan for the office move.

I absolutely love selling, giving, donating and throwing stuff away. For me, making room in your living quarters is more than equivalent to making more room in your life. I feel lighter, happier and more energetic afterwards.

I also had time to hit the weights.

KB cleans 4x6 2x16kg

Bar rows 3x10 increasing weight

Pistols 3xmax on each leg

Trapz work with rubber band 3x20

I was so spent after, that I almost fell down the stairs outside the gym. Fab day!

Women who had IT in 2010

The year is coming to and end. Business wise, it has been an extraordinary year in many ways, with both highs and lows. The last couple of months turned out to be a rollercoaster ride that had more turns and twists than Balder... I´m ready to leave 2010 behind and LEAP into 2011. What will I bring and what will I leave behind in these new and fresh and exciting days ahead?

I will bring:

- more family time and less weekend work

- more work structure. I have an office from February 1, only that in itself will bring 100% better organization.

- my business partnerships. The only way to go.

- team work. I love my Incycle-crew!

- curiousness and courage.

What I will leave behind:

- a couple of really bad business deals, which sucked, but where I also learned a lot.

- the stress of the last 6-8 weeks of 2010. Some days I actually hardly recognized myself.

- not taking enough time off-for travelling, training and reading.

Who inspired me in 2010?

My family.

My students.

My team.

My new collaborations and partnerships.

Any famous people? Not that many actually, but here´s a few that did:

For her music, her charisma, but most of all for leaving the man who abused her and going public with it.

For her straightforwardness, her love of designer clothes, her "toys" and houses she bought herself - for her own money - in her LBZ (life before
Z) and how she indeed stands firmly on her own two legs, managing not only two, but in my opinion, three kids, one of which happens to be Sweden´s most famous footballer.

For her raw and real talent. For the full 3 pages spread in one of my favourite magazines, the British Marie Claire. For actually properly dressing up on the red carpet. For daring to leave, in more ways than one.

Does anything need to be said? Best song of the year, 2010, according to P3 is "Dancing on my Own". Of course. A social media QUEEN. Business- and entrepreneur savvy as few. Strong. Forward. And owned only by herself.

But, my biggest source of inspiration 2010 has come from a place very much closer to home.

With a few weeks exception during this last year, it has been my weekly fikas with the woman to the left in the photograph above that has been the most inspiring, fun, creative, mad and absolutely bloody wonderful. Thank you for 2010, JOJO.

2011 will be the year of the MOJO.

Wiser, Smarter, Sexier at 40?

I´m back!

After several days of celebrating leaving my 30s and entering my 40s, I´ve landed on my feet! :)

It has been an absolutely wonderful time of partying, socializing, celebrating and contemplating.

The amazing thing is that it FEELS different at 40. How?

Well, the last week has been a possibility to evaluate where I am in life, what I have achieved, where I want to go and lots of other different exciting train of thoughts.

A quick run through of what I have come up with:

* If you had asked me 5 years ago, I would NEVER have thought I would be married to the love of my life AND be the mother of a phenomenal 1 1/2 year old! Get your head around that one! Sometimes change DO happen more or less immediately. So cool.

* Professionally, I am about 100% more focused now, than I was four years ago. In my 20s and early 30s I just went with the flow and tried a bunch of different jobs (mostly within health and fitness), studied, partied, travelled and I wasn´t too bothered about where I would end up. It sounds awful, but it gave me a lot of experience to help me find the focus I have today.

* Privately, I have become very good at choosing my company. As time becomes more and more precious, I get better and better at only hanging with positive, loyal gals and boys who gives you an energy boost and makes you laugh and think and LIVE, rather than to chew on the old.

* I have NEVER been so at ease and in love with my body as I am right now, at 40.

It is the coolest, most wonderful thing. My body is strong, it can run, it can jump, it can bend, it can carry a heavy Robin up the stairs without protesting and as a bonus, it looks good in a dress!

What I wished I knew at 20:

* You cannot get everyone to like you, so don´t even try, and

* Don´t spend so much time worrying about others people´s business. Make your own.

* Running can be the Bomb.

* NO - eating fat will NOT make you fat - and

* Life do NOT change overnight if you loose 10kg.

* It is true, you can never change people. They can only do it themselves.

So, am I wiser, smarter, sexier at 40? My answer is: Hell, yeah! and the best thing is, I keep learning new things every day, so imagine what it´ll be like at 50?! ;)

I´m lucky.

I have amazing friends.

They are funny, kind, smart, super sociable and crazy. Hence the great madness and many laughs when I had a bunch of them around our house last night to celebrate my upcoming 4.0.

The theme, of course, was glamour. Something you can´t have enough of as a toddler parent...:)

Quite a few bottles of champagne later, we kept going until 3am.

And as the famous saying goes, what happens at the party stays at the party...

Had a tough day after yet another night of bad sleep.

Thankfully, filling the day with energizing students, lovely friends (thanks C & JOJO!) and my rockin´PT, more than helped to get me through my waking hours.

I´ve reached one of my part goals with the lifting. I´ve started to even out the MAJOR differences between my left and right trapezius and rhomboids. Details, details some might think, but I know what such an imbalance can do to the rest of the body, both in everyday life but also in your training. If you saw the clip I uploaded a couple of months ago, you will really be able to tell the difference in my back in today´s mini-movie.

We filmed the new Hot MOJO sequence this afternoon. O.M.G it will ROCK da HOUSE!

I´m very proud of both the new Hot series, but also LOVE the new MOJO Yoga - which will reach clubs in January 2011!

Tomorrow: Robin and admin work. If I in any way could persuade my 1 1/2 year old that a lie in is the new black, I´d be extatic. Good luck with that.

Just finished watching their DVD's and talk about MOJO!!! I could also see the participants in the DVD and they were working so hard but with a sun shining in their face!

Not in a million dreams could I imagine this was possible - to spread and work with what I LOVE and see people evolving from it!

HUMBLE!

Now - I can't wait to get my ass kicked (in a good way - yeas I do like some S&M ;) in this SPRINGS Hot Mojo and MOJO Yoga classes!

If any year was a great year to buy, not one, but two pairs of UGG boots, it must be the winter of 2010!

I have to admit that I have LIVED in these boots since I bought them and I´m prepared to break ANY fashion statement over and over and over again just to have my feet the perfect temperature they get inside these furry, rubber soled sheepskin slippers.

Being a person with eternally cold feet, there is nothing better than to be able to walk around in -15 degrees, without a trace of a blue toe.

Talk about being grateful for small mercies.

After an absolutely wonderful day together with P and Robin - my first full on FREE day in AGES, we´ve had a completely relaxed evening at home.

"Conditioner for the soul", as we say in Swedish...

The days, weeks and months just seems to have spun by faster and faster this year and I can hardly believe that it´s a) my birthday in about a week´s time - hitting the BIG 4.0. - yiiiihaaa! b) Christmas in less than 2 weeks c) our second wedding anniversary in 2 1/2 weeks AND d) 2011 in 3 weeks!!!

Thanks to P we have sorted out all our X-mas presents today! Well, not physically bought them, but decided who is going to get what. Which by any measures seems to be the hardest part.

I love Christmas and I love giving presents, but trying to buy gifts in a stressed out mood is NOT to be recommended - it always turns out very expensive.

3 things that I like:

1. Well: My work! I don´t like it-I LOVE it. I cannot think of any other job that could be more rewarding than working with people and training. Magic.

2. Shoes. Preferably high heeled ones. The ones with the red sole will soon be mine.

3. Driving too fast. For Swedish speed limits that is. I would be fine in Germany. And that is what I will tell the Swedish traffic police the day I get caught. Because it´s bound to happen.

These people are either fantastic friends, very interesting, TALENTED and opinionated people or all of the above.

Little guy during happier mouth days.

With the little guy having all his remaining teeth coming out at the same time, it´s not much sleep happening in my household at the moment.

It´s awful to see the pain that´s been going on in Robin´s mouth over the last 4 days, accompanied by fever and so much drool you could water the whole Sahara desert...

Focusing at work could be easier.

Lucky I have some lovely, dedicated students to work with!

I have probably said it before, but it´s worth repeating:

by teaching others you always learn something new about yourself.

It´s much more grateful and fulfilling, than I ever could imagine; having your own space.

Only in a few days it´s given me a sense of grounding that is hard to describe.

Started the day off by joining Christine´s class this morning - I LOVE her way of teaching! Good for me that I get to practice with her every week from now on! :)

After a bunch of privates, I picked up our new car... WHOOOOHAAA!

At first I wanted to stripe it: "MyrbergBjörn & MOJO Yoga" or something like that.

When I told P about this, he just stared at me. "You want to do what?"

"You know, stripe it...with a website address...?"

"Eeerr...no"

"What do you mean No?"

By now P is staring at me with that look on his face. He sighs and says:

"Hello? You should NOT be identified with any company of yours whilst driving"

End of discussion.

Shame on Parkeringskontoret that I need to store it in the country until we´ve sold our old car and can apply for a new parking permit...

Oh, well, who cares? I´m happy.

Actually, I love this life.

No, I won´t tell you which make or which reg.nr.

In case I need to honk you and overtake you whilst shaking my head furiously.

"Lady Gaga got hot and sweaty as she showed off her moves during a gruelling HOT yoga session.

The Poker Face star turned up unexpectedly at Tricia Donegan's Manhattan studio – where she posed for pictures and left 39-year-old Donegan a thank-you note.

At first, Donegan said she didn't recognise the 24-year-old singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, who used to attend her yoga classes when she was a student at New York University.

"Gaga said to me, 'To jog your memory, I confided in you and cried in your lap about a food problem I was having,’" Donegan told a local news station.

"She told me I had talked to her about the proper hydration and proper nutrition necessary to having enough energy and strength.
"She said she no longer has a food problem and that I saved her life."

On the train back hOMe to Gbg now, 4 train rides and not a single delay... Wow! Must be the yoga ;)

Halmstad - waited outside FORM an hour but hey I had my yogamat to play on so :))

A lovely class and workshop on breath! And a BP class later I was on the train to Lund where I meet Mom! She's helping her friend and working in a gradinaffar:?! Hihi well - what can I say - it looked like she had done it all her life :) she is so talented!

Picking up grandma to celebrate her with köttfärsås and red wine + tears and laughter in the middle of nowhere! Whilst the cat and dog warmed eachother in the sofa :)

Sunday morning - 30min to Malmo and I got to meet one of my childhood best friends, I do love that we connect still, its a great feeling talking to her and reminiscing!!!
+ she is getting married next year jihoooooo!
I knew she was engaged but didn't think the wedding would come that soon. Then she told that she wanted to have kids before she was 30, and didn't want to be pregnant when she got married!
Wow - did I feel like I was 5 years old as I sat there listening... As she very calmly spoke I was thinking:
"wow, how can she know that...?!?!?! That she want that! It must be such a strong feeling and I want kids but I am so so so far away from them/it now!!!!"

Also a lovely fika with Best Ana K, damn I love her! I wish we lived much closer! I would go to her ever day after school and drink milk n eat her home made cookies!!! ;)

Hot John teaching BS! I remember meeting him the first time in a cab thinking "Damn this guy is hot, nice, great sense of fashion - Hm I wonder if he is gay... Hope not!!! - Hm what do you think....."

Teaching BB51 in Malmo was fab, fun and so grounding!
+ I had so many supa hot
Women to watch such as Soffan and Charlotte A amongst others!

And - this is one of the coolest parts of this weekend! Whist I'm working in the South, fierce Mo is growing little Mojo Yogis in our home town! How cool is that!!!

Now I'm loving for my man in the big city! Haven't seen him since Tuesday night!!!!

The only thing that could top this day would be some kind of 2nd Advent thingie!!!

Outside Form in Halmstad at 7:35....

I was having so much flow.....
Early at the centralstation to catch my train and by a coffe, but everything was closed, BUT I was happy anyway :)

Looking fw to warming up and flowing through BB 51 once I arrived at Form.

And what do I find - ice cold looked doors that says - we open at 930.... What? My class starts at 900!!!!!

And I need to pee sooooo badly...

What else could go wrong today?
Planning on doing BP with hot Pernilla B - but, I haven't signed up for the class (arbetsskada!!!) and might not get a spot...
Then my train to Malmo might get delayed/cancelled and I will miss celebrating my Grandma in Lund on the way cause there isn't enough time....

What else?
Oh yeah - I might fuck up the new BB release...

It will all be uphill from here :)

Feels unreal doing the training at your own place. Unreal, but good.

Saw the gorgeous photographs that Alana shot last night. That girl is a genius.

It took her 20 minutes, if even, to nail it right on the head. I had this vision of bubblegum-, bouncy-, vibrant-, cartoon-like colours, with shapes that are in and out of focus....

And I got exactly the flavour I was hoping for.

Thanks to all who stayed and modelled!

Camilla: for filling my body with yoga LOVE and fun.

P: for giving my trapz the treatment and attention that they so desperately needed.

(Even if I did feel like crying and even if I am such a cry baby when it comes to manipulations of the spine.) And for letting me rave on about the underlying cause.

Ah do I need Jul lov or what:?!

Yes!

I've managed to stay frisk for a while now even if I've felt it wanting to break my body, but I won't let it!

Today must have been the worst day in a long time, woke up with fever and it just kept going al day.
But - I decided not to give into it and now I actually feel ok!

The highlight of the day was meeting MO for a coffe! And the SMS I just got from mom!!!
Love and miss her so!!

Also my clients of course!!

Now some BB 51 - breath is the focus this time ! Yum!!!

2 morrow is a full on day again with 8 clients, some more BB prep and then an early night since SJ (I hope) is taking me to Halmstad 0620 Saturday mooooorning!

A fu*ker of a day

I had a bit of a morning.

It started off good with a great yoga class at 9am, but then went haywire in the gym shortly after.

I was in a great mood after class, I felt strong, almost invincible. Until I tried my squat that is.

I´ve had some problems with my right shoulder for a couple of weeks. It´s my upper trapezius that´s causing some serious problems when I load a heavy bar on top of it. It feels like putting a flame of fire deep down into wounded flesh.

The pain hit me REAL bad approx. 10 minutes into my session and I felt frustrated, angry and sad.

My trapezius is the one part of my body that ALWAYS stores stress and overload.

I know I´ve balanced a tight rope this autumn but I had it all under control until that deal went sour 2 weeks ago.

(I wish I could tell you exactly what happened, but I´m not going to bring it to that level.

Let´s just say that a major player truly fucked up a mutual contract... )

This caused a serious amount of negative stress and although I´m mentally past it - my body seems to be holding a long lived grudge.

That´s life for you. Take the good with the bad.

ANYWAY, tomorrow, I´m preparing for my last weekend of work for this year - a MOJO Yoga Certification at the MyrbergBjörn studio!!! ...and participating in Camilla Bergström´s 3h yoga workshop at Kåken! Mmmmm....can´t wait! Since I missed playing with Superman last weekend, it´ll be catch up time tomorrow.

MULTI INTENSO Week

It has been an amazing week!

When David first contacted me I was in Djerba and I knew that I had LOADS of work to do in Nov, and that arranging a workshop wasn't part of the plan.
But the I couldn't resist it - letting my fellow yogis taste SUPERMANS practice - a practice that inspires me soo much that I fly al the way to NYC to get some of it.

And thank you SPORTLIFE for being such a COOL gym to let us practice and play there!
I love SPORTLIFE cause they are always fast and on when it comes to doing NEW stuff! That is part of the secret to SUCCESS!

I know that David and Lya enjoyed Gothenburg and that they can't wait to come back - a lot thanks to YOU guys!!!

My 2 SUPERMEN together - doe's it get any better ;)

David is such a humble teacher - he can teach anyone - and sees THE PERSON and helped him/her to pour magic into their postures! I love watching the transformation happen as I got to sit next to him on many of his private sessions!

Thursday night we were invited to the KONSERTHUSET by Karin! WOW!!!

After the concert we got to meet GUSTAVO DUDAMEL himself - he said that he would LOVE to play around with Yoga someday :) To me he is a natural YOGI!

After the concert we went to FAMILJEN and ate ELK :) YUM YUM YUM!!!!

After 5 classes with Superman my body felt like it was opening up from the INSIDE - amazing feeling!

What better way to round up the weekend than with SNOW and Liseberg :)

This week is full of teaching Privates, classes, a new PT session - Exciting!!! Studying the new BB as I am teaching it in Halmstad and Malmö the coming weekend!

And yes - just looked at venues for YOGA GAMES 2011!

What a fascinating country!
The people speak VERY good English, are super-friendly and hungry for knowledge.
The architecture is astounding and the old parliament building (the second largest building in the world) completely took my breath away. It's so beautiful yet scary at the same time. To know how many people had to die and suffer for a paranoid dictator to feel safe ( what's built underground is equivalent to 1/3 of the building's total area) is more than disgusting.
Anyway, I'm happy with the day and my 2 classes.
Now: relaxing for a few hours before dinner.

STUCK. Yup.
That's right. In Amsterdam.
Luckily with my dear friend Matthew, although he hasn't seen too much of me for the last hour or so, since I've been cleaning.
No, not the airport, but my inbox.
I need a course in inbox management. I'm good for about 2 weeks and then I get terrible again.
How many emails do you have in your inbox? Just so I can get a grip about what's sort of normal...? I've read all mine and I've answered them all. And they total around...well...many. AND I have folders! Help!

It's a bit like my kitchen table, but that's tidy for about 5 seconds and then I have papers, reciepts, calendars, pens and other necessary stuff all over the place. That WILL change now though, as I get MyrbergBjorn up and going (with my office OUT of the house).

We arrive in Bucharest around midnight and will probably reach the hotel around 1am.
I get picked up at 8am in the morning to teach 2 out of 3 classes during the day.
My job is all but glamourous, that's for sure. Phew.

Packing my bags. Again.

This time I´m off to Romania. Bucharest to be exact.

I´m teaching spinning and a Functional Training class at the World Class Romania Event.

It´ll be a fab weekend I´m sure.

The event is hosted by one of my oldest "fitness" friends, Richmond Bachia.

We´ve known each other since -95.

Also teaching at the event is an even older acquaintance of mine - the man who is solely responsible for me taking my first trembling steps into the fitness industry:

Tonkins Anderson.

He was one of the VERY first American guest instructors to come to Sweden and he was for sure the first to teach dance aerobics in Gothenburg. He stayed here for about 4-5 years.

We´re talking -89ish. Can you imagine? Were you even born in -89???

I was there. 3-4 times per week. I had MY spot (which, by the way, I would KILL for).

And if Tonkins was sick, I would stare with hostility at the sub with a gaze that said: "...sooooo...who are you and what do you think YOU could teach us?" Man, those were the times.

Tonkins used to get incredibly pissed off if someone didn´t get his choreography.

He was famous for saying things like: "Honey, if you don´t know your left from your right, the door is right behind you". And yes, it was not only hearsay.

Lucky for me, I take choreography fairly well, so I managed to stay out of the evil eye for the 3 years that I belonged to the super-groupie-troupe. Wow.

Jez, such a LONG time ago and now we´ll meet again? Weird.

I might even take his class! Why not? For old times sakes.

Hahaha, maybe this time I will be thrown out of the class?

Getting my MOJO back

First of all: a girl who likes her shopping stayed in front of her computer at 8am sharp.
It didn't really fly though, since the H&M virtual shop was crowded to the brim for the rest of the morning/day.
Grrrrr... Good marketing or not, it doesn´t go down well with me when you either have to queue in the cold outside your local H&M for hours, or hit the F5 button about 1.000 times in an hour and still not be able to spend your hard earned cash on the dress you´ve been drooling over.

Imagine my surprise, when I several hours later, visited a H&M shop to buy Robin new socks and found 1 of THE dresses almost in my size!

What a relief, because live it didn´t look anything like in the picture...

This, according to me, is the problem with haute couture designers doing clothes for normal people:

1. The materials are not even close to what they normally work with which makes the items look...well, not that expensive OR well made.

2. The clothes shown in the promotion movies are usually made with the real deal, which increases your expectations immensly.

3. Haute Couture designs are not made to be "compromised".

It happened with the Cavalli-collection, to the Jimmy Choo-collection and very much this time, with the Lanvin-collection. I´d rather buy normal H&M gear any day, actually.

In the evening I spent 90 minutes getting my MOJO back!

An hour and a half with Mr. Multi-Intenso, ass-kicked my joy and playfulness for yoga into shape. Just what the doctor ordered.
